Online coaching allows me to work with clients regardless of location and time zones and there are no issues with travel and parking! Clients with particularly busy schedules prefer the flexibility that comes with Skype - no commuting time and not having to leave the comfort of their home or office. All of the services listed on my website are available online via Skype, over the phone or in person.

Skype is a free and easy to use internet service. If you have a fast internet connection you can download Skype for free. You will also need a camera and microphone if you don't have one built into your computer. This will enable us to see each other as we speak.
